Ready to declare a major or minor in the College of Arts and Sciences?
Before you submit the form, reach out to the relevant Declaration of Major & Minor Contact listed below for instructions. Each department has a unique process, so make sure you understand exactly what to do before submitting your form.
Then, submit your completed Declaration of Major or Minor Form through DocuSign. The form needs to be approved by your major or minor department before it is routed to the College Registrar by DocuSign.
