Help your advisors in the College get to know you!
Welcome new College of Arts & Sciences students! Your Academic Advisors in the College are eager to get to know you. To that end, we ask that you answer a few questions on the Student Information Form about your academic interests and goals and your perceptions about your academic strengths and weaknesses-- and anything else you want your academic advisors to know. Your answers to these questions will help your advisor understand your unique perspective and needs.
All information is entered on a secure web site and will only be used by your academic advisors. Completing the form will take approximately 15 minutes. Once submitted, the form cannot be changed or updated. If you have problems accessing the site or submitting the form please write to cod-tec@virginia.edu
