Late Schedule Change Request - Form and Instructions

To request an enrollment change after the applicable deadline, you must submit a Late Schedule Request. Contact your Advising Dean or make an appointment to request a late schedule change.

Late schedule change requests are only available to students in the College of Arts and Sciences. If you have a major outside of the College of Arts & Sciences, please contact your school of enrollment, even if the course is offered by Arts & Sciences.
