For 1st-quarter sections, the deadline for this form for a Fall 2026 course is 11:59pm on September 9, 2026.

For 2nd-quarter sections, the deadline for this form for a Fall 2026 course is 11:59pm on October 28, 2026.

Forms not submitted by the deadline will be voided.

Complete this form to request an Engagement (EGMT) course swap only in the following scenarios:

1. You are requesting a Q1 Course swap after the Engagement Swap Deadline of August 31
2. You are requesting a Q2 Course swap after the normal Add/drop Deadline of October 21
3. You are requesting to swap an Engagement and are currently enrolled in more than 18 credits
