Discontinue New Curriculum - Form and Instructions

This form is used by students who elected to join the New College Curriculum to complete their College general education requirements, should they decide to discontinue their participation in the New College Curriculum. 

Students must meet with their Faculty Advisor and their Advising Dean, who approve their withdrawal from the Curriculum, before returning this form to 101 Monroe Hall.
